Home is where the heart is, so why does it stress you out so much? Keeping your home clean can be a challenge with kids, pets and guests.  So this week, try the "Rule Of Five" and see if it cuts down on your stress.  The rule works like this, every time you get up to walk through your home, select five things to put away.  Not only will it reduce your weekend cleaning time, you'll feel more comfortable and relaxed.  Another stress-relieving tactic calls for your kitchen sink to be empty.  A glass or fork in the kitchen sink may seen minor but it can build up stress, so keep it empty for happiness. Finally, de-clutter your refrigerator. Studies have shown there is a direct link between the amount of clutter in one's home and the number of items stuck to the front of their fridge door. Get rid of the magnets, restaurant menus, calendars and photo frames as a step to a more de-cluttered home and a more relaxed you!
